She requested that we build for her a Hook Stand without the front tray and accessories, hence the Comfort Grip Hook Stand concept was launched!

One night, a customer wrote to us requesting that we consider a new version of a hook stand for production. As her idea was closely aligned with the ideas that we had been discussing, we agreed to build a prototype and gauge market interest. The result…we are now offering a handcrafted, 100% solid oak hardwood, Comfort Grip Crochet Hook Stand. This product is perfect for our Crochet Professionals who are looking for a simple, elegant and efficient alternative to our popular Standard Grip Hook Stand. This Hook Stand is handcrafted and each product has its own unique characteristics and variances. As with all of our Hook Stands, the unit will ship in an oiled / natural finish unless a Custom Finish is selected (see Miscellaneous Tools).
The Comfort Grip Hook Stand will accommodate Clover Amour, Cheffort, and most Crochet Dude “Comfort Grip” Crochet hooks. With the purchase of this Hook Stand we include a free #13 Stainless Steel Tapestry Needle and a pair of 5″ scissors (colors may vary base upon availability). All eleven hook holes across the top are 1/2″ in diameter.

I received this about two weeks ago. It is very well made and holds my smaller hooks. Since I do use larger hooks (N and on up) I decided I needed the stand made for the larger hooks and ergonomic hooks. I am totally satisfied with my purchase Thank you Sean and Holly.
