If you were a fan of our original EZ Blockers, we have great news for you!  We’ve introduced a new, replacement model, The EZ Blocker 2.0!  And now it ships with Stainless Steel Pins!

As we’ve learned more about our customers, we’ve seen an increased desire for folks to have the capability to block all four sides of their squares, not just the four corners.  The new EZ Blocker 2.0 features many of the same characteristics that made our original blocker so popular, but we’ve improved on it in several ways!

Starting with the board itself, you can block from 3” to 8” squares, all in 1” increments.  Next, we’ve improved on the pins that ship with the board…  We are now using the same small, metal, polished pins across our entire offering of Blocking Boards.  Some of our competitors are using ¼” dowels as pins, but these are over twice the thickness of our pins!  Larger pins stretch your corners, poke holes throughout the sides of your squares, and are generally more difficult to manage.  And we give you plenty of pins to manage your project, 20 2″ inch pins ship free with the EZ Blocker 2.0!  And if you want more or different sized pins, be sure to see our Replacement Pins Listing!  2” or 6” pins are available to our EZ Blocker customers for a small / reasonable fee.

Next, we now offer holes on all four sides of each square, from 3” to 8”.  Each square now can be blocked with a minimum of 4 pins per side.  We’ve retained the minimum four coats of Polyurethane on each blocker to assure that your misting will have no effect on the board or pins!  Each hole is drilled three times – once as a very small pilot hole to guarantee proper placement, a second time to drill the hole to the proper size, and the third time after the poly is dried to assure you that each pin will fit properly in each and every hole on the blocker board.

Finally, the EZ Blocker 2.0 is fully covered with felt on the backside to assure that any surface that you use your blocker on retains it shine while avoiding scratches.
